DOCUSIGN Onboarding

1. Confirm DocuSign access is required with requesting User’s Manager in the onboarding ticket

2. Enter Settings

 

3. Navigate to Users

4. Search and ensure the user is not already added

5. Add User

6. Enter email

7. Enter Profile Information

8. No security Access Code is required, move to the next step

9. Set department users permissions to DS Sender Create if permissions are not specified by the Manager and add to department Group

10. Add User to finish setup

11. Add to reminder to resend login email on start date if needed
