UPDATE A DOCUSIGN TEMPLATE IN FSC

DocuSign templates in salesforce may require updates when the form receives and updated version. Follow the steps below to update a template in FSC.

PREREQUISITES: Confirm what changes have been made to the document & if any new data points are being collected. 

1. From the App Launcher, Select DocuSign Apps Launcher 

 

2.  Select DocuSign Envelope Templates

3. Select the template to be updated

4. Edit

5. Upload the new version & delete the previous 

6. Select the Place Fields stage in the editor. Place/Remove any merge fields & ensure the formatting of existing options on the forms layout align with the template. 

7. Save & Close (On the editor AND the template)
