Step 1: Log into your Payquad account
Step 2: Click on the ‘Manager’ module.
Step 3: Search for the user to which you need to transfer properties(mentioned by requestor in the ticket) and click on their name. 



Step 2: Click on the ‘Manager’ module.


Step 4: Once user’s account has been opened, scroll down and go to the 'Assigned Properties section.

Step 5: Select all the properties or a specific region that should be covered by this individual and click on 'Update'.

Step 6: Inform both requestor and the user who is covering the region that the access has been granted.
Step 7: Once the user is back from Vacation, revert the changes in Payquad i.e., by unselecting the properties or specific portfolio which was selected earlier and click Update button.

Step 8: Inform both users about reverting the changes in Payquad.
