1. Log into Payquad account 
2. Click on Company Settings as shown below
   
   
3. Click on Portfolios to expand the list of Regions/Portfolios
   
   
4. Click on the Region from which property needs to be removed:
   
5. Unselect the required properties from the list and then click on Save
   
   
6. Now, from the portfolio/region list click on the Region to which the respected properties needs to be added:
   
7. Select the property from the list and click on Save
   
8. Provide confirmation to the requestor that the changes have been made
