We've been advised to redirect rent amount change inquiries to Rental Applications (RAD) team.
Advised the user to reach out to the RAD team through messages in lease applications since RAD team handles these requests.
Navigation to messages tab:
1. Log into your Payquad account.
2. Go into Payquad → Lease Applications → Open Lease → Click on 'Messages' tab → Select 'Rental Applications' for notification → Type a message → Click on 'Submit'.
