1. Log into your Payquad account.
2. Go into Payquad → Lease Applications → Open Lease → Click on 'Options' → Click 'Sign Lease Offline'.
Note: Only Leases with status 'Awaiting Applicant Status' can be signed offline.
3. To Download and Print the lease, tap on 'Click here'.
4. Once the Lease is signed, click on 'Choose File' → Upload the signed lease document → Save.
