1. Advised the user to follow below steps to reset their Payquad password.
2. Click on Forgot Password
   
3. Enter the email id (username) below and click on Submit button
   
   
4. An email will be sent with password reset link:
   
5. Click on the link present in the email
   
6. The link will navigate you to below page. Enter the Email (username) and create a new password. Once done click on Submit button.
   
   
7. Confirm with user before that they were able to follow this step to reset the password
